Can I add my logo and kids’ menu, or other content to the activity sheets?

Absolutely! You can add your kids’ menu or other content and/or messaging with a black & white logo on the back of the activity sheet. However, please note that our variety packs are all read-to-ship so that you can keep your family customers entertained right away!

How do I provide you with my logo and kids’ menu or other content?

When you are ordering your activity sheets, you can attach your logo and kids’ menu or other file when you’re entering while filling out the form. The logo should be a high-res black & white .PNG or .JPG file, but your menu can be in any format i.e. Word doc or PDF. You will then see a proof of your activity sheets. Move along to checkout, make the payment, and we will get to work!

How can I qualify for the volume discount?

To qualify for the volume discount, you need to order more than one box of the same design.

Do you keep my customization on file for future orders, or do I need to re-submit the files every time?

We keep your logo and kids’ menu on file. If you have any changes with items, prices, etc. you can attach new files when you place your next order.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to Canada and continental US via ground UPS shipping.

What if I want a custom piece designed for my company?

We love designing custom-made, impactful kids’ content to help you connect with your loyal family customers. You can email us at sales@kidzsmart.com to discuss your needs and brainstorm solutions that will meet your budget.

How will I know if my order has been received or shipped?

After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will send the files to the printer, and you will receive a status update to indicate that your order is awaiting shipping.

After it is printed and boxed, you will get another status update email indicating that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow up on your shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We have good news – our pricing includes FREE ground shipping within the continental US and Canada! Expect your order to get to you in 5 business days, and you'll get an email with a tracking number for the journey.

Returns

In the unlikely event you end up with an incorrect or defective item, we're here for you! Drop us an email at sales@kidzsmart.com within 5 business days. We'll quickly replace an incorrect item or refund a defective one after a quick investigation.

For custom activity sheet orders, you need to carefully proof the files we send you because once you give us the thumbs up, we go to print and don’t take responsibility for errors or omissions.
